Before fulfillment
To request order help before fulfillment, contact us with the email address used at checkout. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we can review the next support step through the payment processor.
After shipment
Once shipment begins, returns or replacements are handled case by case. Contact us with your order email, tracking details, and a short description of the issue.
Safety boundaries
The product is for supervised dry-treat search sessions, not unsupervised chewing, tugging, destructive play, or wet food. Damage from unsupervised chewing may not qualify for replacement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order email so we can review a replacement or refund path.
