TuckTreat is moving toward U.S.-stock sourcing for the Snuffle Ball. Shipping timing and tracking details are shared through Stripe checkout and order email.
Where we ship
Current checkout is planned for United States shipping addresses. If checkout shows your address as unsupported, please contact us before placing an order.
Shipping cost
The current TuckTreat Snuffle Ball offer includes free U.S. shipping. Stripe-hosted checkout will show the shipping rate as free, and taxes, where applicable, may be calculated during checkout.
Order updates
We use the checkout email address for receipt details, batch timing notes, shipping updates, and support questions. If the estimated timing changes, we will send an email update.
Address changes
If your shipping address changes before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make address updates before the order enters fulfillment.
